Job Summary

FMT Solutions  is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns for FMT’s clients. This position is primarily focused on display and social advertising programs to enhance our direct response mail campaigns and has a tremendous opportunity to expand to other channels as they prove effective for our client’s campaigns. 

FMT Solutions offers an event-based client acquisition strategy for fiduciary financial advisors that focuses on classroom-based, retirement education. Each class taught by our advisors is a valuable source of education for the attendee and also connects the attendee with a trusted source of execution for their retirement plan with the advisor instructing the course. The key to our offering is ensuring the right quantity and quality of people attend each class held by our 500+ advisors nationwide. The Digital Advertising Specialist will play a critical role in executing the campaigns that support our advisor’s classes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to complement and enhance our direct response, mail campaigns. Initial platforms to focus on will be Meta and Google.
      • Direct the optimization of the ad creative to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

      • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and their impact on the direct response for each advisor event, making recommendations for adjustments across our client-base
      • Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and reporting internally for refinement of our offering and ultimately informing the creation of client-facing dashboards to provide them insights into the impact of their campaigns.

    • Budget Management:

      • Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure cost-effective ad spend and achievement of campaign goals.

A/B Testing & Optimization:

      • Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
      • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends.

Collaboration & Communication:

      • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad assets are aligned with campaign objectives.
      • Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure the impact on our advisor’s campaigns are understood and continuously optimized. 

Market Research:

      • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
      • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
      • Qualified candidates will generally have 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience
      • Demonstrated proficiency with display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google,  Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, Choozle, etc.
      • Experience with direct mail marketing a plus.
      • Proven experience in managing high-volume short-term digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
      • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including advanced features and strategies.
      • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
      • Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platforms
      • Familiarity with self-serve ad platforms for future consideration and implementation
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
